By accessing or using untrace (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.
Untrace rewrites text you submit to it so it reads more like human-written prose. The Service runs primarily in your browser; some features (Claude-powered "ultra mode" rewriting and Pangram detector cross-checks) call third-party APIs through our infrastructure.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You're responsible for the legality of your input text and how you use the output.
We make no warranty that the Service produces text undetectable by any specific AI-content detector. Detector accuracy and update cadence are outside our control. Results vary across detectors, text genres, and time.
Paid plans (Stealth, Night Ops) are recurring monthly subscriptions billed via Stripe at the prices listed on the pricing page. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.
You may cancel any time via the Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy.
Some features require a license key issued after a successful Stripe payment. Keep your license key private — anyone with it can use your subscription's quota until you cancel.
Ultra mode sends your input text to Anthropic's Claude API for rewriting. Optional cross-checks may send text to detectors (ZeroGPT, RADAR, Pangram). These third parties have their own terms and privacy practices.
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
